New Truck Purchase I wanted to reach out to say thank you for all of your help with the purchase of my Silverado. Frankly Mike, you were one of the only people who could I wanted to reach out to say thank you for all of your help with the purchase of my Silverado. Frankly Mike, you were one of the only people who could sell me a new truck. I purchased several new trucks years ago from a great sales person who has since retired. I have since found a reason each time since to postpone the purchase of a new truck. You balanced being helpful with knowing when to back off when needed to allow me time to make up my mind. You were respectful, nice in a way that was not phony, and in the end made me a customer. While I get it that I only buy new trucks every 16 years, I sent 50 people to the last person who sold me a truck. I am sure the dealership knows how great you represent the dealership, but I want them to know how well you read your customers. You knew when to do the opposite of every sales class when the customer was leaving without the truck. In the end your skill and a great deal made sure I came back and not only bought it, but walked away feeling good about a relationship with Castle. Great dealership! I found a specific truck online and it was only at Castle Chevy North, so finding them was coincidental. This was not a local dealership to me but aft I found a specific truck online and it was only at Castle Chevy North, so finding them was coincidental. This was not a local dealership to me but after meeting Mike Pirozzoli and the other staff members this made the travel worth it. I had to work before going to test drive the vehicle and It was pretty late when I arrived. Mike Pirozzoli was very patient and checked in with me to make sure the vehicle I want to test drive was warmed up and had gas. I was told to relax and take the vehicle out, hit the highway if I wanted to, and do some donuts in the neighbors lot. Of course the "donuts" part is a joke but that's how comfortable he made me feel. No back seat salesman. Unfortunately the vehicle was not what I expected, too small for my needs. When I returned Mike Pirozzoli sat me down pulled up more vehicles in stock on the computer instead of having me walk around in the cold. There were multiple vehicles that met my needs and Mike Pirozzoli was happy and patient to allow me to look at any that I wanted to test. I went through 3 and found the one for me! The staff stayed after hours to complete my purchase and were very respectful. If I ever need another vehicle I would gladly make the trip to Castle Chevy North! No pressure sale, very thorough help, and extremely friendly. Thank you. More
