We agreed on a fair price and closed the deal within 45 minutes of walking in the dealership. Really, really great experience. Bill was our initial contact over the phone, and I appreciated that Bill met us when we showed up and handed us over to Hunter (because Bill was with another customer). Bill had already talked to Hunter about the car we were interested in and Hunter had located it before our arrival (no waiting). When we got to finance/signing the deal, Michael was great too - efficient and friendly. We looked at several dealerships today, and Five Star really stood out. Right from the get-go I felt comfortable as I was looking around the car lot with Chris. He never once, through the entire process, made me feel like he was selling me something or pressuring me to make a decision. Felt like I was car shopping with a friend who listened to what I wanted and made sure it checked every box on my list, including the price. I have purchased a dozen or more cars in my lifetime. 4 from Sam Pack's Ford including my 1st truck when I was 16 to my brand new F-150 Lariat. Chris takes the cake of best salesman I've purchased from. I true blessing for him to cross my path. So honest, humble, helpful and most importantly, went above and beyond for me. I mean he was as excited as I was when the deal was done making the post purchase feeling even better of an experience. Guys like Christopher Krause are a needle in a haystack. You just don't run across true humble and kind people like that anymore. I'm not sure I will ever buy a car from anyone else other than Chris for the rest of my life. I will follow him wherever he goes if he were to ever leave, he is just that good. If you have never bought a car before or are nervous about the whole process, take my advice and find Christopher Krause. You won't regret it. I hope Sam Pack doesn't let this guy go or tarnish his character. He is what got me to buy, not the dealership, not the deals, not the car, him.
