I have always been very relaxed with no pressure from anyone. I called on Friday 8/16/2019 early afternoon. I talked with Reuben about a new truck. I had bought a new truck from Reuben 2 1/2 years ago; he remembered me and knew what type if truck I like. I might add I live in Midland, TX. by 6:30 PM Reuben had found me what I was looking for with even more features then I even knew came with these trucks. Reuben sent me photos of the truck that evening. The next morning my wife and myself drove to Carrollton, TX, we met with Reuben about 9:00 AM he let me know he was working on the paperwork. Then we met with Chris Krause who brought the new truck to the front for me to test drive. After the deal was done Chris set in the truck with me and helped me to sync my phone to the truck and went over all the features of the truck that I never knew about. Chris was very knowledgeable about all the great features with this truck. Ruben and Chris Krause are the best gentlemen to work with. I also worked with Michael Pisarik in finance, he worked out the best deal with extended warrantee and maintenance for me at a great price. Reuben, Chris, and Michael are great people to do business with. each one is very educated and knowledgeable in the respected fields. Each treated me and my wife with respect and friendliness. Sam Pack's Five Star Ford Carrollton, TX is the best place I have dealt with buying trucks and autos of anywhere I have ever been. By noon I drove off with my new F250 Lariat back to Midland, TX with a big smile on my face. More

Why can't all car buying experiences be this easy? Hunter was a total professional. He was informative and helpful, but not pushy. We agreed on a fair price and closed the deal within 45 minutes of walking in the dealership. Really, really great experience. Bill was our initial contact over the phone, and I appreciated that Bill met us when we showed up and handed us over to Hunter (because Bill was with another customer). Bill had already talked to Hunter about the car we were interested in and Hunter had located it before our arrival (no waiting). When we got to finance/signing the deal, Michael was great too - efficient and friendly. We looked at several dealerships today, and Five Star really stood out. He never once, through the entire process, made me feel like he was selling me something or pressuring me to make a decision. Felt like I was car shopping with a friend who listened to what I wanted and made sure it checked every box on my list, including the price. I have purchased a dozen or more cars in my lifetime. 4 from Sam Pack's Ford including my 1st truck when I was 16 to my brand new F-150 Lariat. Chris takes the cake of best salesman I've purchased from. I true blessing for him to cross my path. So honest, humble, helpful and most importantly, went above and beyond for me. I mean he was as excited as I was when the deal was done making the post purchase feeling even better of an experience. Guys like Christopher Krause are a needle in a haystack. You just don't run across true humble and kind people like that anymore. I'm not sure I will ever buy a car from anyone else other than Chris for the rest of my life. I will follow him wherever he goes if he were to ever leave, he is just that good. If you have never bought a car before or are nervous about the whole process, take my advice and find Christopher Krause. You won't regret it. I hope Sam Pack doesn't let this guy go or tarnish his character. He is what got me to buy, not the dealership, not the deals, not the car, him. If I hadn't been able to take the car home, I'm not sure the purchase would have come to fruition and the relationship built.
