This is my 5th bmw and bought from different dealerships all over socal. This is the first time in my life that i bought a car and left the dealership truly excited w the car and did not feel i got taken ad all over socal. Mike popescu is the most honest, straight talking car salesman i have ever transacted with. He made the whole transaction "pain free. Gilbert alvarez the finance manager didnt guilt or insult you to make you buy add-ons like most finance managers do. This is really how car sales should be. More

I was looking for an X3 hybrid, which are hard to find, and Michael Pope worked with me over three months to locate and secure the exact model I was looking for. I didn't have to check in, he kept in touch and Michael Pope worked with me over three months to locate and secure the exact model I was looking for. I didn't have to check in, he kept in touch so I was able to make the purchase immediately when the car arrived on their lot. He also worked with me on the pricing, so I feel that I got a great deal, though this particular hybrid model is in high demand. Michael made the process easy, got all of the paperwork organized so that there were no hitches, and generally made the the experience a pleasure—and now I have an excellent car, the exact model I wanted! michael,I first emailed palm springs BMW and reached out michael, I first emailed palm springs BMW and reached out to him i had picked out the car for my daughter .we went back and forth about how to get he michael, I first emailed palm springs BMW and reached out to him i had picked out the car for my daughter .we went back and forth about how to get her lower down payments .we worked that out and we headed up to palm spring from san diego .he was waiting for us.the car looked great .everything went smoothly the papers were signed and we were on our way home in 1+1/2 hours after we got there . Thanks Mike for making evervthing run great including her new car. More
