Michael Queen is shady he tried to make me spend $1,300. 00 more than I had to spend to fix my car, he lies about repairs needed. Thank god I have mechanic friends to guide me. Totally disappointed! Made a service "Appointment" on Thursday for the following Tuesday, they couldn't "get me in" Until then. Showed up on time and was told it would be Made a service "Appointment" on Thursday for the following Tuesday, they couldn't "get me in" Until then. (the passenger side window had fallen into the door) What the heck was the "appointment" for? Why didn't they just tell me you no longer need nor want my business. Oh wait! they just did! More
