We were charged for an oil system flush despite us never approving this. I called and asked to speak to the service manager about this and never received a call back. This is classic up-selling to take adva approving this. I called and asked to speak to the service manager about this and never received a call back. This is classic up-selling to take advantage of a customer. It is especially egregious that it happened to my wife on memorial day weekend who is a veteran. We have bought 3 Subaru's in the past few years but this will be our last. More
