That happened to me three times. I didn't think I would ever be doing business with Subaru of Wakefield again. In my opinion, they were very unprofessional. I decided, however, to give them another chance and made another appointment. I'm glad I did. This appointment was much better. It was all because of Michael Rammah. He was extremely helpful and professional. He answered all my questions. He actually listened!! If something was confusing, he checked it out. He was very accommodating to my needs and took the time to explain. Because of Michael Rammah, I made another appointment for a different reason. I know I would not have done that if he were not as helpful and personable. He made me feel comfortable. He is an asset to this dealership! I also wanted to add if a dealership wants a customer to return to purchase another vehicle in the future it needs to assure that the service department is responsive, honest, professional, and helpful.
