Not the best experience Met up with Michael to take a look at a fusion he was nice and professional did the test drive as well as an appraisal on my trade in. Things got sour Met up with Michael to take a look at a fusion he was nice and professional did the test drive as well as an appraisal on my trade in. Things got sour after looking at the numbers. I told him since the beginning that i wanted a lease on the fusion I drove. He came came back with numbers on a different fusion and suggested to finance and not lease. I refused to sign and his attitude completely changed. Came back again and said they’d give me more for my trade, still to finance the car I didn’t come to look at! I refused to sign again and that was the last I saw him. Out came his manager Justin and it was the same BS. Told him I did my research and why I wanted to lease but neither of them cared and I never saw numbers on a lease I was done at that point. This place is a joke. One of the best Woke up yesterday with the feeling of wanting a truck. Didn’t think it was going to happen, just thought I was going to look at them. Went to SanTan Ford and that’s when it happen, I met the salesman of my dreams :) Michael by far was one of the best guys I had the pleasure working with!
