Came to Arlington Heights Ford out of the blue and was amazed at how friendly and helpful everyone was! Mike helped me with the paperwork and introduced me to his father who works there also. Mike offered to help me move things out of my car and transfer them to the new one. He went out to get my insurance papers out of my glove compartment offered me water several times. Jr. the owner gave me the best deal possible and added a few things at no charge! It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend them!!!! More

Michael helped me extremely professionally and quickly with setting up my FordPass on a used vehicle. He was very knowledgeable on what to do and fixed the original issue very quickly.
