BMW has always been viewed by me as the pinnacle of the industry. Power, Performance, Safety, Style, and incredible technology, but I love all cars. We came in to look for a replacement vehicle as our 2019 X5 had run out of the extended warranty. We met with Michael upon arrival who gathered information from us to guide us to the best vehicles to test-d X5 had run out of the extended warranty. We tried a couple of vehicles and ended up deciding on a 2026 CPO X5 50e, which we absolutely love. Michael took great care of us and was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and all of the options as he was previously a BMW Genius. I highly recommend Michael if you are looking to get a new or used BMW anytime soon! We also got a fair price for our trade, which was great. Once we got into finance, I worked with Leo who was also so impressive and so friendly. He explained all of the options available to me and was very patient as I decided on which made sense for me. I ended up buying a CPO extended warranty and a few other coverages to ensure we can own the car for the next 6-7 years with minimal stress/worries. BMW of Ocala is like a family and every time we come for purchasing a new car or for service, we are always impressed by the team and the facility. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Thank you to everyone that helped us. I am forgetting the name of the BMW Genius that helped me but he was fantastic as well. Thank you again Michael for being such an outstanding salesperson we will definitely be back again to see you in the future! More
