Amazing Experience First Time Buying Car This was the first time I've visited kelly Nissan not having the intentions on buying a vehicle my sister was car shopping. Since I did previously own an older Nissan Maxima I decided to look around and see what they had and Salesman Bruce took care of both me with sticking with the features I loved and staying in my price range making it all work the way I needed as much as he can. Along with Bruce the New and Used Sales Manager made sure they tried their best to get a car in my price range to make the payments reach my need. I will definitely be coming back here for my next car purchase as well as recommending people to this dealership. More

Holiday Deal Labor Day, 3 hours from arrival to going home in a nice 2013 Pathfinder with 25k on it. Craig called me from an internet inquiry, I had no clue was going to result in a sale today. We were looking to trade our 2006 Pathfinder in & this morning I looked at Kelly's site & liked their inventory. The prices were all in line or below KBB. Trade in value was fair, considering the market. I had to find a sales rep & Rick Zauck was happy to assist. Mike Salavati was able to get us a great rate, extra warranty protection that works, & keep our payment inline. This dealership cares. Most take your money, toss you the keys & that's it. Not there, they make sure you are happy with your purchase or they aren't happy. It's a relaxed environment, with a wide inventory, nice show room. Great people. Funny part was we never test drove this car! Long story to that. The test drive continues, since we made it home fine, the thing drives perfect, & we couldn't be happier right now. Don't bother looking prices up, just go there, negotiate your trade value if possible & buy. We dealt with Rick as our rep. He's a great sales rep that knows many makes/models not just Nissan. With many years in the business, you can trust him to help you. Tell him exactly what you want, how much you want to spend & he finds all in the lot. He also knows a lot about financing, so he can virtually "crunch" numbers that are really close in his head. Leave it to the finance team or Mike S. to get a really low interest rate. We also left with a really great true "bumper to bumper" warranty, ask Mike for details. The knowing that for the entire loan term, we are basically covered for any car troubles, is something I never experienced at a dealer. More

Always a great experience From the salespeople to the service guys, everyone at Kelly Nissan has been nothing short of fantastic. We were there for service on our vehicle, but From the salespeople to the service guys, everyone at Kelly Nissan has been nothing short of fantastic. We were there for service on our vehicle, but ended up doing a trade-in. Rian in the service department was very polite and helpful. Oscar has been our salesperson for 2 vehicle purchases now, and I can't say enough nice things about him to do him justice. He was excellent in communicating with us and made the buying process as easy as possible. He's just an all around good guy. Michael in finance was terrific and stayed an hour and a half past closing time to get our deal done (as did Oscar). I definitely highly recommend going to Kelly Nissan. More
