John Lim oversaw the entire transaction to ensure our happiness. I have never had such a pain free and easy time purchasing a car. Came to find out at the end of the transaction that when you purchase from this dealership they perform free inspections and car washes for life (excluding emissions of coarse). All in all, the process was roughly 2 hours start to finish and we received much more then our expectations had in store. More

Great Customer Service Experience Eric was great. He was very personable and I never felt rushed through the whole process. He took the time to not only tell me about the vehicle but Eric was great. He was very personable and I never felt rushed through the whole process. He took the time to not only tell me about the vehicle but to also show me some of the functions for the vehicle I was looking. For example, he showed me how the rear seats folded all the way flat and explained the traction function as to when I should use it and when I shouldn't. Michael in finance was great as well. With all the paperwork that has to be completed he kept everything very organized and made it a painless process. More
