Excellent Customer Experience I had an excellent customer experience due to Michael Van Horn at Kelly Nissan. He made a few suggestions while looking at the used Rogues that were I had an excellent customer experience due to Michael Van Horn at Kelly Nissan. He made a few suggestions while looking at the used Rogues that were on the lot which worked out very well for me. He made it a very non-stressful experience. Michael was very helpful in resolving the lift back issue and was able to get it resolved quickly. All in all, I look forward to returning to Kelly Nissan and working with Michael for future car purchases. More
