Awesome customer service I had bought a car a few months back that literally scared me to death. I didn't have to explain why, but after a referral from a friend, I was greeted by Mario Cabrera and almost like a daughter of his own, he could see that there was something in that old car that I couldn't shake. He made it his mission to find me a car I could feel safe in. I had already sunk two years of savings into the down payment on the first car and knew I was in trouble trying to get a better car to replace mine. Mario couldn't find me a car that first day, but he never gave up. He, and with the wonderful assistance of the Finance Manager at Nissan, pulled together and got me into a car I love. And more importantly, one I feel SAFE in. They truly do treat you like family here. I would strongly recommend Kelly Nissan to any of my friends and family. Thank you Mario! I was offered a large variety of cars within my low price range, more than any other dealer I had seen before. It seemed like other dealerships did not want to bother with a low cost preowned vehicle, but at Kelly they have a whole office devoted to preowned, offering a large selection. I was impressed with the way the cars were all certified and had gone through I think it was 151 check list before they were resold. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.
