Told him what I was looking for and how much I could afford and he showed me exactly what I wanted. I got a great deal ($1,200 under KKB Fair Market price!!) on a better car than I thought I could get with my budget. Very upfront with everything. Didn't feel like I was being pushed into anything. A very laid back experience but still very professional. East time I've ever had buying a car. I would absolutely recommend Kelly Nissan and Scott Tophoney to anyone looking for a preowned car. Mike Salavati, the finance guy, was non-pushy on anything either. He new my budget was tight and didn't offer anything that would up my payment of any significance. Again didn't try to force and extras like bogus seat protection and glass etching security garbage. Best experience buying a car I've ever had!!! More

Our salesman, Zack Hafer, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide us exactly what we were searching for. Our desire was to purchase an inexpensive vehicle, and throughout our entire sales process, we were treated/respected as if we purchased the most expensive vehicle on the lot. Also, unlike my experience with other area dealerships, Zack did not try to pressure us into purchasing something not in our budget.
