Excellent Experience Going to the bank on Route 33 on my way to another dealership, when I received a phone stating that the vehicle that I was coming to look at was sold Going to the bank on Route 33 on my way to another dealership, when I received a phone stating that the vehicle that I was coming to look at was sold earlier that morning. My mom spotted Kelly Nissan and ask if I would like to go into that dealership. I said yea we can go take a look around. My brother drove into the dealership and was met by Scott Tophoney. He asked what we were looking to and I told we a used SUV. We got out of the car and he showed a couple of Nissan Rouge and some other vehicles that they had on the lot. I settled with the 2006 Rav4 that was on the lot. Scott really took his time with us, told us about the vehicle, price, test drive, everything. He really stayed with us throughout the entire visit and we ended up leaving with vehicle, which was all due to Scott's help and dedication to making us a satisfied customer. The first person I spoke with Hello, My name is Greg Round. I acquired a 2005 Nissan Altima, from the great people, at Kelly Nissan of route 33. The first person I spoke with was Frank Renaldi, a great person, an awesome person. I said " Hey Frank, I have an old junk of a trade in, no down payment, and i'm not sure about my credit, it may be an issue buddy.." Frank said " we'll take a look, no problem Greg.." That same afternoon, I had received options on two different cars and was blown away. I came into the dealership the next day and sat down with Ken McArdle. Another awesome person, who took the time to get to know me, and I got to know Ken as well. Then as I went into finance, I realized it was about to happen. The nicest, newest car I have ever owned, was about to be mine. I sat down with Mike Salavati, another great person, who made my buying process very quick and smooth. As I stood up to leave, I had to give Mike a big hug, haha. I love this car, and all the great people who helped me through, what I thought, was going to be an impossible process.
