WOW, what can I say. This was an AMAZING experience. I live in Utah and contacted via website. A day later Michael contacted me. Set up a video call as well. Reaffirmed a great car. I actually flew out to San Francisco and got a connection to Santa Rosa. Stayed the night and Michael picked me up at 9 am on the dot and drove me to the dealer. The car was all I could ask for. Just as described. I was so nervous I was being lied to on the condition, it was the craziest thing Ive ever done for a car. It worked out great and they got me taken care of quickly so I could get back on the road for my drive back to Salt Lake City. Michael even filled the car up with diesel and got me most the way home. Texted a few days later as well. I had David the finance manager who took care of the paperwork. Well done. There was never any pressure or anything. 2nd purchase from a dealer, and I see why people do it. So easy. Had a car on order from Carvana, dont waste your time. NO help or communication what so ever and delay after delay. Manly Honda knows what they are doing and GREAT customer service. And Michael is the sole reason I took this chance. Great job guys.
