He was very calm and patient throughout the whole process, and was more than willing to accommodate us with my situation. Every person I dealt with at the dealer or on the phone was extremely professional and helpful. A lot of times buying a car is frustrating, but I can say if you come here that will not be the case. Awesome experience We were looking to upgrade from a 2006 MDX to potentially a 2018 MDX. We met Steve and was quickly able to make a personal connection as his daughte We were looking to upgrade from a 2006 MDX to potentially a 2018 MDX. We met Steve and was quickly able to make a personal connection as his daughter currently owns a 2006 MDX, so he was able to give us a rundown of differences ( other dealers gave a general statement of its a whole new car, there are many differences - which wasnt very helpful). Steve was courteous and knowledgable and helped us through the initiation and completion of the transaction and was a pleasure to work with. We also worked wit Frankie and Michael to help us through the financial negotiation and concluding the deal - both gentleman were very professional and friendly. More
