Second bad experience at this dealership. Both times had to wait over 2 hours before the car was even touched and both times for quick computer fix that took 10 minutes when they actually got Both times had to wait over 2 hours before the car was even touched and both times for quick computer fix that took 10 minutes when they actually got to it. They require an appointment but then make you wait longer than any doctor's office for such a quick fix. No one I spoke to was helpful, they all acted like they didn't know what was going on or how long it was going to take. I do not recommend this service department. They show no care towards their customers or regard for their time. More
