Except for Kai the service department here is a joke. The lack of communication is frustrating to say the least. At least when I CALLED Kai he got info for me. As for satisfaction with service they didn't co lack of communication is frustrating to say the least. At least when I CALLED Kai he got info for me. As for satisfaction with service they didn't complete the entire process of fixing the A/C and appropriate sensor issue. I had to go back and again leave the vehicle overnight. I can assure you I am done with this service department! More

Unfortunately this trip was not good. The only positive was the service tech, named Mike, was great but that was about it. I arrived 20 minutes early and was told to have a seat and he will be with me. He was the service tech, named Mike, was great but that was about it. I arrived 20 minutes early and was told to have a seat and he will be with me. He was not in his cubicle and I understand cause I was early. At 9am he was not there which was still fine with me, but at 9:15 he was helping someone else and I walked over and he had to apologize for the receptionist because she did not advise him that I was there waiting. Again mike was great. I’m also concerned because we are still going through COVID-19 times and last time my car was serviced the driver put plastic wrap on the seat to protect it. I know this cause I had to throw that away myself. But this time there was no plastic wrap and I noticed the only car that received plastic wrap to be driven was a corvette. This just shows me this is the only vehicle worth protecting the owner. Not saying this was the drivers fault this is management that makes this decision and ultimately Grieco to make this decision. If no wrap is placed for protection then why ask customers to wear a mask and stay distanced while in the facility. Again this was not a great service visit for me this time More

My appointment for service was very quickly and easily arranged on the Grieco website. Taking my car to the service center was easy and ibwas quickly signed in. 55 minutes later my vehicle was returned arranged on the Grieco website. Taking my car to the service center was easy and ibwas quickly signed in. 55 minutes later my vehicle was returned with an oil change, a tire change and the repair of a leaking tire. Well done!!! More

This dealer is all about what's best for them, not the customer. They tried to sell me a vehicle on their lot and not the vehicle that I came to see and buy. They did not honor the military discount tha customer. They tried to sell me a vehicle on their lot and not the vehicle that I came to see and buy. They did not honor the military discount that every Veteran has earned. Will not shop or recommend them. Also service was not friendly. More
