This was a difficult trip to the service shop. Needed my A/C fixed and possibly 2 other items. The first person I dealt with Mike was non communicative in getting back to me. I ended up with the Traverse st A/C fixed and possibly 2 other items. The first person I dealt with Mike was non communicative in getting back to me. I ended up with the Traverse staying in the shop overnight. The next morning he was off that day and I requested dealing with Kai who helped me on a previous oil change for my Cruz. He once again saved the day as he worked diligently to get the vehicle addressed. When presented with the pricing for the 3 items I chose to repair the A/C as it was the most important. Kai offered and I accepted a loaner vehicle which I returned several days later when picking up my Traverse. As for the A/C it is performing erratically and I probably will return for additional checking up (very disappointed)! To say the least I am very disappointed with the overall experience. Mike was a terrible customer representative. Thank goodness for Kai, a gentleman and concerned customer agent. Unfortunately my opinion of the service department is about a 3 out of 10.
