Daryl Bautista greeted us with great professionalism and was able to get us the lease we wanted at the price range we were looking for. SS Kia provided fast final docs and in less than 2hrs. Very satisfied and would recommend them to my friends and family. More

Major Repair Hid I bought a 2017 Jeep Renegade under the pretense that the CARFAX, warranty work, no major repairs, and all MOPAR parts were all to my expectations whe I bought a 2017 Jeep Renegade under the pretense that the CARFAX, warranty work, no major repairs, and all MOPAR parts were all to my expectations when buying my vehicle at Southside Kia Jax. After 6 months of owning the car I decided to vacuum out the Renegade to include the back of the Jeep. I rarely go into the back and I pulled up the mat only to be alarmed at the amount of water that was pooled in the back right passenger seat. After taking it to a Dodge dealership they found the windshield was replaced and failing a water test. It was not replaced with a MOPAR part and thus would not be covered under warranty. I was told by my salesman that the Jeep was all MOPAR parts and warranty repairs, one of my big concerns of buying a used car. I was able to contact the first owner of the vehicle and with it being a fleet vehicle all repairs and work were confirmed to be done under warranty by a MOPAR certified dealership mechanic and Safelite is their only autoglass provider. Safelite confirmed the Jeep was never seen by them after running the VIN. The only other owner of the Jeep was Morgan Auto Group/Southside Kia Jax. This vehicle is 2017 and I still have 5.5 years left on my loan. To have bought this Jeep with a unreported windshield replacement by a third party and leak/water damage on a vehicle this new is absurd, especially with this going on before time of purchase and confirmed not being done by the previous owner through fleet vehicle maintenance documents and policies. With the false information given by Southside Kia Jax I am now praying the there are no major issues with my Jeep due to this down the road. . The only other owner was Morgan Auto Group/Southside Kia Jax. I will gladly update my review should they decide to make things right. I would highly not recommend buying a car from the dealership as they hide issues just to get vehicles out the door and do not care past the point of sale. Edit. Amazing All Around From Reception, Sales, Management, & GM I went in as a walk in with my Daughter after walking in a week or so prior for myself just to inquire on options. Both times I was seen right away by I went in as a walk in with my Daughter after walking in a week or so prior for myself just to inquire on options. Both times I was seen right away by a Salesman. Even though I was there for my Daughter I ended up driving out in a 2019 Soul. My Daughter had issues to get a car. Everyone came together due to I felt so bad I had a car that wasn't necessarily needed at the moment & she couldn't get one. The Salesman & the Manager alerted the GM because I tried returning my car to help her & together they made it work for my Daughter on a 2019 Rio with a great deal so we both could be satisfied beyond measure. I'm not saying it will always work out but their Team did an exceptional job doing everything in their power to make it work. Where's there's a will there's a way. I was so grateful & full of tears of joy. My Daughter is ecstatic & seeing that smile was so much more than anyone can understand because she more than deserved it! Thank you everyone for your hard work, dedication, & pulling all the strings possible to assist in making this happen. Your very much appreciated! More

He took the time to explain the technology so I feel very confident driving my new baby! The car is solid and is more than I ever expected. George in finance helped me get everything I need to take care of my investment, on top of Kia's outstanding warranty. Everyone was great. Way to go Southside Kia! More

It's all about building relationships. In this case, not. I would NOT recommend this company. You can generally tell how a company will be based on: 1 ) Management, 2 ) How they are before you buy, and 3 I would NOT recommend this company. You can generally tell how a company will be based on: 1 ) Management, 2 ) How they are before you buy, and 3 ) How they respond to an issue. I just called on a long-standing problem from when we purchased a couple of years ago with the registration being put in the wrong name. It's just an annoyance and affected registration pay dates. Because we keep getting mail from the General Manager about wanting to buy our vehicle, I called, once again, to see if I could get some resolution from the new General Manager. NOPE. His only comments really were to explain they are new owners, and to remove us completely from their mailing list versus fixing the name. I had to ask twice to see if he could help with getting the name changed at the corporate level. Not once was there a comment about, "Give me a chance to see if we can change your experience, etc." Granted, I was expressing my annoyance, yet was VERY open to changing my experience given the opportunity, not even knowing it was a new owner. There are so many other options of locations who want your business, why go somewhere that still can't seem to turn around a bad customer service rep, even with new management.
