Great experience My 2019 Alltrack was the second car ive purchased from this dealership. Matt Treichel was my salesman last time so I decided to use him again this tim My 2019 Alltrack was the second car ive purchased from this dealership. Matt Treichel was my salesman last time so I decided to use him again this time. The biggest thing that brought me back was his honesty and no pressure approach. He also listens to what you want and doesnt try to push you into something that you arent interested in. You can tell Matt really enjoys his job and the VW brand. I emailed Matt to setup a test drive and told him what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the car I was going to look at was dealer traded. But no big deal, they had several others to test drive. I fell in love with the Alltrack so we sat down and talked about which colors I wanted. Midnight blue, tornado red and silk blue were my first 3 choices. We werent able to find a midnight blue one, but we found a tornado red one with a black interior. A few days later they locked the car in and Matt personally went to pick the car up from the other dealership. Matt kept me updated along the way and even sent me a few pictures of the car. I was thrilled and couldnt wait to pick it up. Unfortunately, Matt was not available to deliver the car due to unforeseen circumstances, so Mike Sinclair did in his place. He was also very enthusiastic and friendly and answered all of my questions I had. We chatted for a few and while he was getting the car ready, I met with John Balassis to do paperwork. He made it as quick as possible and before I knew it I was driving home. I can honestly say I will recommend this place to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle. These guys are great and very accommodating. Give them a try! More
