Great car buying experience I walked into the dealership not knowing what I wanted and was met by Mike. He was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive multiple cars. I nev I walked into the dealership not knowing what I wanted and was met by Mike. He was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive multiple cars. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. After wanting the night to think about it, Mike said he was scheduled off the following day. When I arrived the next morning he was in, and said he had come in on his day off so that I would have a seamless car buying process. This was an incredibly thoughtful and important gesture! From there the process was smooth, enjoyable and seamless. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to use Mike. More

There was absolutely no sense of the "pushiness" or urgency to make a deal that you usually experience at car dealerships. After I made my decision, vehicle prep and financing was completed smoothly and quickly. North Penn was definitely one of the best new car purchasing experiences I've had. More

He let me take the car This was my first car purchase, and North Penn was absolutely amazing. I worked with Michael Sinclair in the sales department. He let me take the car I was looking at into my own mechanic to make sure everything was good with the car (which it was). He made himself available 24/7 and was quick to answer questions. After I got my car, an unexpected problem came up and the Service department fixed my car the next day. After I noticed a chip in my window, they sent someone to my apartment to fix the windshield instead of me coming all the way back to the dealer. North Penn went above and beyond my expectations and I’m happy to know that if I ever had any problems with my car, I have a great dealership that will give me 110% and fix my car ASAP. More

Golf Alltrack MY experience with North Penn was a decent one. We did have one hitch. After speaking with my rep, Mike Sinclair(who was outstanding throughout the MY experience with North Penn was a decent one. We did have one hitch. After speaking with my rep, Mike Sinclair(who was outstanding throughout the whole process) the night prior, and telling him I would be in the following day to put down a deposit on a 2018 Golf Alltrack, I was greeted by total confusion. We sat down to get the deposit stuff taken care of. He went to get paper work....and we he came back he told me that unbeknownst to him, another sales rep(who sated he didn't know Mike had struck a verbal deal...AND as Mike told me, he personally put a note on vehicle sales slip that I would be in 1st thing in am to drop dep) told him one of his customers put a deposit on the car early that morning before I got there. Mike had to scramble at this point, and was giving me time to make a decision on taking a black version of the Alltrack that was in stock. Mike brought me into sales mgr after seeing my frustration. Due to an accident and insurance time frames, I had to make a quick decision. I painfully decided to go with the black, and all the sales mgr would do for the inconvenience was offer me $100 off of sales price. It was at this exact moment that the other sales guy, who snaked his colleague, came into alert us that his customer changed their mind and now the car was available. So, in the end, I got the car I wanted, and I am enjoying it so far. My Salesman Mike, did a great job of showing me car, and explaining its features. He was knowledgable, and not pushy at all. Answered all my texts in a very timely fashion, and was a great help answering questions for me on the leasing end. I would def. purchase another vehicle from him. I actually felt quite bad for him as this whole scenario was being played out. It almost seemed like a prank. However, I wasn't happy at all with the fact that there was miscommunication and quite frankly, some underhanded business tactics taken by this other sales rep(if I knew his name, I would surely provide it). I also feel, that for the inconvenience that it caused, the sales mgr should have offered a better financial deal. They knew my situation was time sensitive and sort of hung my out to dry. More
