The service department doesn’t know what they are doing! The plug your car and if it says nothing is wrong they don’t know how to troubleshoot the problem! There is something clearly wrong with the my car but they plugged it in! I have heat until k come to a stop and my temperature gage goes all the way down do you can’t see it! I haa a ve had the car since August 3021 and never have seen this or felt the heat go cold but they are telling it normal! I’m so disappointed in the service I have received! Someone should do something about this! More

However, American Honda is very rude, condescending, and could care less about repeat customers. Although I love Honda vehicles, my 2021 passport will be my last. More
