My speakers have been crackling for more than 6 weeks now, I tried to get it repaired with new FAKRA connectors, but the dealership said they have to recreate the noise in order to order the parts and ma now, I tried to get it repaired with new FAKRA connectors, but the dealership said they have to recreate the noise in order to order the parts and make the repair, of course they couldn’t recreate the noise while I was there and told me to just bring it back in whenever it starts doing it again, I travel a lot for work and I love over an hour away from my dealership, so just “bringing the car back in”, isn’t an easy task. Why does the dealership require themselves to recreate the noise instead of listening to their customer, who spends 10-30 hours a week in their own car?! More

I did not have the car serviced at Dave White. I purchased a new RDX. Daryl, our sales rep did a great job in keeping our business. Acura did not live up to their estimated delivery date by clo I purchased a new RDX. Daryl, our sales rep did a great job in keeping our business. Acura did not live up to their estimated delivery date by close to 3 weeks. Daryl had to go to a Cleveland dealership an "trade out" another RDX for the car we wanted to purchase. I recently had a very disappointing experience with Dave White Acura. I contacted them from out of state regarding a used vehicle. They told me they were going to perform their inspection process, complete White Acura. I contacted them from out of state regarding a used vehicle. They told me they were going to perform their inspection process, complete any required repairs, and get me a final price. They said it would take several days and I said I could wait. After not hearing back from them for nearly a week, I followed up with them on a Thursday afternoon and was told it was "being inspected". Again, I heard nothing for a few days, so I followed up again, and was told they sold the vehicle that Saturday. Nice way to do business. More
