When it came time to purchase or lease, Mike thoroughly went over the different options and the pros and cons of each. It was a pleasure to do business with Mike. We arrived thinking that we would have a long stressful day dealing with a sharky salesman but instead we left happy and stress free. I will go back and do business with Mike next time I am in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you Mike and Sport Subaru for making a normally painful process into an easy stress free and easy one. When we told him that we were not buying for a couple of months, his attitude did not change and took his time and showed up everything we wanted to see. It was the main reason we came back. Mike kept in touch with us after we left the first time and sent up pictures when new models came in. After our purchase we had a problem setting up our garage door opener and Mike came to us on his way home and programmed it for us. He went above and beyond the whole time. We will see you again next time we are looking for a car. More

Great Customer Service! I had just gotten in an accident where my car was totaled and needed to replace it. I unfortunately was having the hardest time dealing with the insur I had just gotten in an accident where my car was totaled and needed to replace it. I unfortunately was having the hardest time dealing with the insurance company paying off my previous loan and getting a check to purchase a new car. I came and test drove a Subaru with Michael S. weeks before buying the car. He was very informative/straightforward about pricing, safety ratings, what he would and wouldn’t buy, his recommendations. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed, he understood my situation completely and honestly just made me feel like he wanted to help. Over the weeks while I waited to hear from the insurance company, he sent me new cars they received on the lot and kept me informed. again, the thing I hate the most about the car buying experience is the haggling/feeling like I was being pushed into something I don’t feel comfortable with or rushed to make a decision, and Mike took all of that out of the equation. My experience was made so much easier because of him. Thanks again Mike! More
