Michael the Sales Manager was excellent to work with and helped make my wifes dream come true. We moved over 30 miles away but Ferman was the dealer that we came back to. Quality people from sales associate, to sales manager, finance director and service manager. And, the MINI product is so exciting and the driving experience one-of-a-kind. Sara Griffith is a star sales person. Great people skills, incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the MINI brand, patient and helpful in answering questions and providing information. She also gave us an exhilarating warm-up test ride and volunteered to drive our new vehicle to our home in Sarasota to spare us another trip to Clearwater area. We look forward to working with her again on another exciting MINI purchase in the future. More
