The Mini broke down and had it towed to Ferman and after 4000 in repairs, the car drove great, but 3 to 4 months later the timing changed broke causing more problems. After taking it back to Ferman a bigger bill. Service, sales and Mike the GSM saw I was very upset and tried to help. Well they did, being on disability they did what it took to get me a new Mini 16 with warranty. Thank you so much staff, you are family now More

Sara Griffith is a star sales person. Great people skills, incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the MINI brand, patient and helpful in answering questions and providing information. She also gave us an exhilarating warm-up test ride and volunteered to drive our new vehicle to our home in Sarasota to spare us another trip to Clearwater area. We look forward to working with her again on another exciting MINI purchase in the future. More
