Ferman Mini has been in my orbit since purchasing a used 2013 Clubman in 2015. Santos was easy to work with at that time; he remains at Ferman and is still a delightful gentleman! That 2013 Mini has been in for maintenance and service dozens of times over the 10 years. The team had my confidence and was always a 5-Star experience.
