Mike Stramaglia, Phillips Chevrolet, Lansing , IL is a is a personable, warm, and charming Product Specialist and sales person who assisted my wife and I with the purchase of a new 2021 Chevy Equinox. Mike m a personable, warm, and charming Product Specialist and sales person who assisted my wife and I with the purchase of a new 2021 Chevy Equinox. Mike made it easy for me to explain that we wished to make a purchase and come in the following weekend and sign paperwork that already was filled out based on our lease trade-in. The sun was shining and so was MIke when we arrived. Mike made our visit very comfortable and the smile on my wife’s face was marvelous as she was pleased with Mike’s service to deliver a new car.
