Micharl Tan took the time to go over the Kelly Blue book numbers, explain the numbers, look at my sales contract, and explain why I could not trade in my car. I was underwater with the loan and would have had to come up with the amount underwater in order to trade the car in. I didn't know this. He further suggeated a few things that would make the car more appealing to me (it doesn't have a gps system). He spent 45 minutes with me, and ultimately, did the improvements he suggested, and decided to hold on to the car for a couple of years to pay down the loan. I will be back to Crown Honda and will most definitely work with Michael Tan. Thank you, Michael...your honesty has changed my attitude that all car dealerships/car salesmen are thieves just looking out for the almighty dollar...there are honest people in every walk of life and you are surely one of these people in the car sales industry. More
