I came in after i walked out from a horrible experience at Autonation Toyota, met with Michael Tan and bought the car, it was that easy. I knew what i wanted and i got the best customer service. As an NEMT contractor, i own a medium size fleet of Volkwagen's. We wanted to try a hybrid vehicle to see if it is going to work for us, so we can move to an all hybrid fleet, since VW does not offer hybrid in usa market, i had to look for other car makers and the best decision was i walked to Crown Honda. The price was not an issue since se know our price range and we are looking more to test it first. So far, the honda insight has giving us what we are looking for. The people at Crown Honda are very professional and you can tell it's a well run establishment. Thank you for your patience, follow up and dedication. The process was complicated by the fact that my wife is disabled, and her car needs some modifications for her to drive it. Mike told us about a Honda rebate program which we were unaware of at the time, which will help defray some of the costs associated with the car modifications, and even referred us to a friend who was in the business of making the vehicle safe for my wife to drive. Mike worked with us, to make sure the car we selected, by driving us to a company that could do the work. I think Mike went above and beyond to help us out, and has been very accommodating with follow up calls after the sale and delivery to teach my wife and I about the features of our new car.
