No hassle service I had called in that day to get an oil change scheduled for my car. I drive about a hundred miles a day and never seem to have time to get this done o I had called in that day to get an oil change scheduled for my car. I drive about a hundred miles a day and never seem to have time to get this done on my own. (To be fair, it takes me forever cos I never know what I'm doing!) (also I haven't even looked at the underside of this car since I got it, I'm so lazy.) Anyway, Chapman Ford were able to fit me in on the same day, and weren't intrusive about an "upsell" that my car needed. I've been taking my Ford to them for service since I bought it, and I'll definitely continue to have my car serviced there. Which reminds me, I have to schedule the next repair soon! More

Great, honest work I recently had my car in the shop for "the works". The job was completed quickly and the staff was super friendly. Car inspection Took car in for inspection and am pleased with Chapman’s service overall. Did get an oil change and when I got home noticed that service did not reset Took car in for inspection and am pleased with Chapman’s service overall. Did get an oil change and when I got home noticed that service did not reset my oil life. Had I known how to do it myself it would have been no problem. But the manual was worthless and I spent about an hour figuring it out. It would have taken a service person a moment to do! Just wondering how that was missed? More

Horrific, with no communication to the customer. Needed a side view mirror that was not taken care of when I purchased vehicle, was told someone would call when it came in-I was not. Brought vehicle Needed a side view mirror that was not taken care of when I purchased vehicle, was told someone would call when it came in-I was not. Brought vehicle in to fund out the wrong mirror was sent, was told to come back the next day. Brought vehicle in again to find out wrong mirror again. Asked for a lianer car since this was second time in. I received loaner car, was told the right mirror would be in Monday. Monday afternoon I called and was told it didnt come yet. Tuesday never heard from anybody, I called and left message but nobody called me back. Came in to pick my truck up, but they couldn't find keys, spoke to the manager and he promised that someone would call me by 10 am next day, they did not call till sometime in afternoon to tell me that the wrong mirror again, but they ordered a set and it would be done the next day. Finally after 1 week, I finally got my truck back for something that should have been easy. Very disappointed in lack of communication with me about what was going on. I doubt that I will ever be back. More
