I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Avondale Jeep service department. Despite clearly stating that my priority was addressing an urgent check engine light, they instead chose to fo from Avondale Jeep service department. Despite clearly stating that my priority was addressing an urgent check engine light, they instead chose to focus on non-urgent services and they had my vehicle for two days and didn’t address my main concern. To make matters worse, my service agent failed to keep in contact with me despite my efforts, as I called him four times with no response. This lack of communication and disregard for my priorities is unacceptable and has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my experience with the service department]. I would caution others to reconsider trusting this dealership with their automotive needs. Also making an appointment still doesn’t guarantee timely delivery and repairs. More
