We started off on the wrong foot right away when I was told I can purchase a car and leave with it that day. When I said let's do it, it suddenly was a problem. The check from my bank would take 48h to clear and they didn't want to hand over the car prior, a internal procedure they said. I thought it was weird that they didn't want to trust the funds to transfer since I was coming through a car buying program that exact bank offered and they participated in. Even the banker of my bank was questioning that. So bottom line I would have walked and now I am thinking maybe I should have. This being said, I wouldn't have left a negative comment about that though because Michael (the owners nephew) took care of that problem and allowed an exception based on my having been given the wrong information. Fair enough! However my disappointment with the all-around service I received continued. Misinformation, spent 9h at dealer when I was told it would take 3h, sales people constantly disappear, car was not detailed as promised (hairbands on windshield wiper lever, gum stuck in the side pockets, interior roof soiled and the list goes on...all things you don't notice when you finally get the car after dark and having spent all day at the dealership), also the bumper had a scratch that wasn't there upon inspecting the car prior to purchasing. The only light at the end of the tunnel was Natalie, she finally realized how long I had been at the dealership and offered me a cup of coffee after 7h or so. However, I was disappointed that when I reached out to her with my above concerns, as the customer relations manager I thought she was the right point of contact, but she didn't even deem it necessary to respond. I shouldn't have told anyone that I needed to leave town right after purchasing, guess that made them feel I wasn't going to do anything about all the above issues. The organization is a poor as well, Julissa still sends me regular emails asking me if I wish to buy a car. Again, I am very disappointed and wouldn't buy another car there or go back for my free service for that matter. More

not good I came to the dealership already approved with all intentions on buying a used rebel I saw for sale online, drove 45 minutes to see the truck, once I I came to the dealership already approved with all intentions on buying a used rebel I saw for sale online, drove 45 minutes to see the truck, once I looked inside the truck it had trash in the center console, a car seat in the back and I used baby diaper in the door , yes that's correct a used dipper in a car with less then 10k so much for the new car smell , then I was told I couldn't test drive it because that had no one to clean it out, really how about the guy who left it that way. if you are gonna put a dealer plate on a car and drive it around for personal use take it off the website for sale, don't call it one owner call it two because two people had now driving the car all over. after talking to a sales rep I was told I know I understand that's not right but its the owners nephew , so because its the owners nephew we can trash I new car and lose a sale? not sure the owner would approve of that , not sure dodge as a whole would approve of that ....... but hey keep it up the bad work ill never come back there More

100% Sketchy Dealership I would give 0 stars if possible. DO NOT use this dealership they were scheming from the very beginning. I dealt with multiple people and from the 1st phone call they were never truthful. I was interested in a Jeep Wrangler Sahara and the online sales rep Jubelli told me there was a back up camera and convertible soft top. I drove to the dealership (almost 2 hrs) to find out what was advertised on their website and told to me on the phone was not true. I really wanted this model Jeep (75th Anniversary Edition) I also had a truecar value certificate which they would not honor, telling me "they do not have to" "truecar can not dictate what they sell their cars for" and because I never bought a car from them before. (I spoke with Truecar and they have a contract with them which states that is all a lie!) They wouldn't give me a decent rate to finance because "they won't get enough kick backs from the bank" RIDICULOUS!! Every other dealership I met with in NJ said 0% bc my credit is outstanding! SO I paid cash! They took all the mats out of the vehicle and only told me after the deal was made that there was NO SOFT TOP. and I was told its not worth anything so no discount or credit was given. REALLY? If I really didn't want this particular make and model I would have NEVER continued this transaction. I may be completely stupid for buying the car anyway, but it made my kid happy. Because I was a woman I spoken to with a condescending tone. Amit was trying to make me feel stupid and was being a bully. These guys Don't know what the truth is. From the beginning every time I questioned something they put me on hold to talk to "Mike" Apparently he is the all powerful OZ because you can not see or talk to him yourself. Stories changed constantly.. I needed Wonder Woman's laso to determine the truth. Do not trust anything they say the lies and defensive behavior was excessive. Many dealerships out there people go elsewhere!!! *The only decent human I experienced there was the salesman Will! He couldn't help me bc he was low man on the totem pole apparently but was the only gentleman in the place. Michelle Scalise who holds the contract with Truecar was "not in" when I needed to confirm the authenticity of my certificate. SHAMEFUL!! More

Waiting for appt. paid extra for CarPlay since we travel every day and CarPlay would allow gps. Now I do not have hands free gps since I must use my phone. This is not how I expected my new wrangler service appointments would be received. I really expected a resolution quickly since the wrangler was barely off showroom floor.
