Took care of everything I went in for an oil change and wheel alignment. Service Manager saw that there were open recalls and told me if I could leave it they would fix every I went in for an oil change and wheel alignment. Did the Right Thing... I bought a used Town & Country this past August. The second weekend I had it, a loud noise coming from the back had me realizing I had a big problem. I bought a used Town & Country this past August. The second weekend I had it, a loud noise coming from the back had me realizing I had a big problem...brake pads were so worn down they carved grooves into the rotors. We crept to the dealership only to be told they only do oil changes on Sundays. After some protest, the brakes were fixed, but it was the better part of a Sunday afternoon spent sitting in a dealership. Not happy, and starting to wonder about this car. There were incidents where the car wouldn't start. I'd wait a few minutes, then it would start. Gas light went on, and a mile later I ran out of gas. I've been driving for decades and have NEVER run out of gas. One day water dripped out of the map light. Last straw? Come out of Mets game in late September and the car will not start. We have seven people in a parking lot that is clearing out fast. Called roadside assistance, and while waiting, the car started and we got out of the lot just before they locked it up. I was pretty upset, I obviously knew I bought a used car, but I was stuck in a car that, among other things, I could not be sure was gonna start when I got in it. I brought it in to service for this issue, and while waiting, I went to see Mike, the Used Car Manager. He listened to everything I had to say, and while I prepared myself to hear a stock answer about how it didn't qualify as a "lemon" and it wasn't "certified" used, or any of a hundred responses that would all end in I'm really sorry, but we really have no obligation to do anything here, he blew me out of the water by asking if I wanted to get out of the car. YES! Yes, yes, yes! He then went to work to find me a similar, newer, certified used car on the lot, got the financing done, and I drove away the same day in a "new" car. I STILL love my new car 3 months in. I was ready to bash this dealership from top to bottom, and I still don't know how they let me drive the first car off the lot with basically no brake pads, but Mike totally owned it, stepped up to the plate and made it right. Turns this from a zero star to a five star review. I would go back again (though I plan on staying in my car for a while), and based solely on Mike's actions, I recommend this dealership. I am one happy customer. Sorry it took me so long to get around to giving him kudos. More

Karla very confident and knowledgeable and quite friendly. She also listened to my needs of what I expected for a trade in and came back with a valuable deal. Very important to listen for the customers needs and she did it! OVerall teams very attentive, made you feel comfortable and not pressured for landing a deal. Offered additional services if needed, and left the facility feeling very confident of making a good choice! Again staff great to work with, atmosphere seems like a great place to work!
