2020 Insight #2 We decided to get a different car than our new one. Maybe even change models. But, we saw the car we finally traded for and liked it. It turns out tha We decided to get a different car than our new one. Maybe even change models. But, we saw the car we finally traded for and liked it. It turns out that the only difference was the color. Micheal Welch is a great asset to this dealership. He is very easy to talk with and trust with our purchase(s). All the guys I talked with are likable and friendly. Mason Rigdon is nice and efficient. He can extract money from the buyer almost painlessly. Almost. I do have one negative comment. Driving home in the new car I noticed it handled different to my other Insight. I checked tire pressure and found the LF tire had 42psi, RF 38psi, LR 32psi, RR 48psi. I’m thinking the pre-delivery should have at least made sure the tires were road worthy. I corrected the pressure to the specifications shown in the door placard, Front 35psi, Rear 32psi. More

However, simple chance brought me into the dealership and the interaction with my salesman, Michael Welch. It is pleasing that professionalism is alive and well at your dealership. My interactions with Mr. Welch were excellent. He listened to what I wanted to buy and why, did what he said he would do, represent the vehicle well and worked both sides of the transaction to close the deal. Finally, he looked the part; clean cut and well dressed with a coat and tie which was once was the standard in the business world. More
