All the guys I talked with are likable and friendly. Mason Rigdon is nice and efficient. He can extract money from the buyer almost painlessly. Almost. I do have one negative comment. Driving home in the new car I noticed it handled different to my other Insight. I checked tire pressure and found the LF tire had 42psi, RF 38psi, LR 32psi, RR 48psi. I’m thinking the pre-delivery should have at least made sure the tires were road worthy. I corrected the pressure to the specifications shown in the door placard, Front 35psi, Rear 32psi. More
