The service department at Hawk Subaru is fantastic. Brian took great of me. Jeff was also there and he took great care of me during my last appointment. Rocco, Michael and Sean were great to work with and efficient and knowledgeable team players. I was in and out with the new vehicle in less than 3 hours. I came off a 39 month lease 12 months early m efficient and knowledgeable team players. I was in and out with the new vehicle in less than 3 hours. I came off a 39 month lease 12 months early moving from a 2019 Ascent into the purchase of a 2021 Ascent. Initially, I wasn't sure that I wanted such a large vehicle so I did the lease in 2019. Both vehicles handle quite well, especially for such a large SUV compared to the supercharged Grand Prix that I was used to driving. Two deals in 2 years for me with the same professional HAWK team.
