Sales people were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Then, the sales manager made me a hugely high offer for my trade-in but combined it with an even more inflated sales price. Like I wouldn't notice! Not a place I was comfortable starting negotiations from. Bought from a different dealer. More

I stopped in this dealership in September after finding out that the Santa Cruz was available. My initial interaction with the folks at the dealership was positive - especially Michael Wilkinson. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. After the test drive, I decided that the vehicle was one that I would like to purchase (just a different color and trim). They offered to order the vehicle for me with no deposit or obligation. We went back and forth on my trade value, but ultimately decided upon a trade in amount and price for the new vehicle (or so I thought). Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, and the vehicle arrived exactly as ordered. I go in to complete the transaction and they were prepping the vehicle for delivery. I test drove it and confirmed it was everything I wanted and was ready to finalize the deal. That's when things took a turn. We went from an agreed upon price for the trade and new vehicle to them suddenly offering LESS for my vehicle which I could have sold to Carmax for more than they were offering on trade. They wouldn't allow me to sell the car elsewhere and still buy their car at the agreed price. To make matters worse, they pulled my credit before telling me any of these details. I was very transparent throughout the entire process and feel like I was treated unfairly when I had everything documented via email and there was no mention of these sudden price changes. On top of that, to add insult to injury, I was told that they could sell the car for 10k over sticker to someone else. This obviously isn't very customer centric although I understand that dealerships need to make money. But a ridiculous markup over MSRP just takes the cake, especially when it's done at the last minute. You aren't getting anything for that money besides upside down in a loan on a vehicle that you are overpaying for. I will never shop at this dealership again and will tell anyone that will listen what happened to me as this is a disgrace. The market won't always be this way and at some point it will right itself. Problem is, places like this will remain in business as there is always someone who is willing to pay. I have since taken my business elsewhere and await delivery of my new vehicle. I most certainly will not be taking it here for service or anything. More

My rating -- Michael Wilkinson and 2 sales managers = 0 stars. Eva = 5 stars. There was ZERO service after the sale. We needed help with the charging cable. Our salesperson, Michael Wilkinson, was clueless and doesn't return calls and says he never received our texts, but I have proof of delivery. We also never received our state registration. I called multiple times, leaving messages - no response. Finally, I spoke to a woman answering the phone last evening and she told me who to contact. I did so this morning, and I think the issue is resolved. Everything is great when making the sale. But no help, contact or guidance afterwards. Would never recommend this place. More

I mean I told everyone what I wanted and how I wanted to do it and they made it happen. Micheal was excellent and attentive to my needs. Tammy was not my sales person but she took great care of my daughter do it and they made it happen. Micheal was excellent and attentive to my needs.
