A dealership above average ! I have been a loyal customer for many years, I first came to this dealership when it was up on 54 th Avenue . Through my journey I have had many sales I have been a loyal customer for many years, I first came to this dealership when it was up on 54 th Avenue . Through my journey I have had many salespeople Micheal Wolf was the most recent and I was going to change dealerships because the other internet dealerships had beat your price by $1800 -2000. I shared that with him and he said you would be competitive. He kept his word. He came down within 200 dollars of the best price offered then he came within a few hundred as well with my trade in so I didn’t have to go deal with someone else to get the fair price I wanted. Then he even stayed late to make sure I was comfortable with the new technology before we left. Above and beyond!!! I thought my original review would have gone thru because I sent it before my vacation but upon return today I noticed this was still in the inbox so I felt compelled to resend a kudos because the superior people you have employed at this dealership need to be commended. Honest and fair and represent your business well. I cannot say enough about service advisor michelle dessert who I have had my last 5 cars thru your dealership she always kept them up and running with little downtime if any. Always provides solutions to help the customer not have to be inconvienced,and the blonde young man who’s name I can’t remember due to the fact I had a lot going on at the time ( I think it was dan )who took care of my cd installation it turned out to be a disaster and a nightmare for him and he was genuinely sorry you could see his stress. Then the next day when I came to get my car he had had it detailed for me! Again above and beyond ! Thanks for all you do to take care of your customers👍🏻🥳 More

Paul Velardi completed the sale and unfortunately did not know that I co not able to complete the sale with him as he was not in the following day. Buying a new car I needed to buy a new car and Mike Wolf was my sales rep. He was amazing and treated me like a queen and made sure I knew all about my new car and ho I needed to buy a new car and Mike Wolf was my sales rep. He was amazing and treated me like a queen and made sure I knew all about my new car and how to use it, he spent hours with me on a sad, rainy Saturday with me and reassuring me everything would be fine and that I would be taken care of. He is very sweet and considerate and deserves a great raise in pay, as all three of these men do. I was involved in an auto accident on 08/14/2019 and my beautiful Honda Element was totaled. I cried all weekend because this was so traumatizing for me, these three men Mike, Troy, and Nick were amazing and comforting to say the least and treated me with such respect. I could not stop crying and by the end of that day I had finally stopped crying. I am truly blessed to be alive, God and my Honda Element saved my life on that Wednesday, rainy night, when I was T-Boned! Please bring back the Honda Element, it is the best car in the world! Through the reassurance of these three men, my transaction and purchase was smooth and atraumatic. Thank you so very much. I have been a Honda girl since 1985 and always will be! Mike, as always, was cordial and easy to deal with. After coming to an agreement on a price and amenities for each vehicle, Mike personally made sure both vehicles were ready for us top pick up the following weekend (including getting the Odyssey from another dealer). When we picked them up, he spent as much time as both my daughter and my wife needed to get familiar with all the new features. Both are very happy with their new vehicles. More
