We had visited here on and off for a few weeks and each time we were greeted warmly by very down to earth people whose only objective was for us to feel comfortable and to have an easygoing time while looking. No one ever hassled us or followed us around. No one here works on commission; therefore, they truly have your best interest in mind. They were always there if you had any questions or you wanted them to go along with you, otherwise, you had the liberty to be on your own. We got hooked on Jim – what an all-around great guy!!! We really liked the way he answered our questions. He was completely honest and forthcoming with any and all information that was in our best interest, regardless of whether that information would result in our buying a vehicle here or elsewhere. He had excellent advice to give our son to think about while looking for the right vehicle for him and for us as parents as this is our first experience in doing so. During our few visits here we also talked with Chad, who is one of the owners and he was just as helpful as Jim and forthcoming with information that was in our best interest. We had the vehicle checked by a mechanic before actually purchasing it (which the people here urge you to do if you’re interested). The price of the vehicles here don’t change and, after doing our research, we realized that they shouldn’t change. Their pricing is pretty much on point with what the vehicles are worth – even the two mechanics we spoke to agreed to that. During our purchase, we also met with Bob, who is also one of the owners – he couldn’t seem to want to do enough for us with all the incentives he added to the sale with a heartfelt kindness that is really second to none. The people who work here are very knowledgeable, have a good heart, have your best interest in mind, and their only goal is to make sure that you are making the right decision for you and that you are happy with your purchase. Even after you purchase the vehicle, they ask that you keep in touch with them for anything at all that may come up with the vehicle or any concerns that you may have and they will continue to do whatever they can to help you. After this remarkable experience, we would urge anyone we know that is interested in buying a car to stop here first – even if you are only interested in buying a new vehicle, it may be wise to stop here first. I didn't even get a chance to park and get out and Bob(The owner) was right there introducing himself and let me know if I needed ANYTHING he'd be more than happy to assist me in anyway he could which is rare...you never really see the owner! Casual Dealer Experience I was looking for a Toyota Tundra for a number of months. I found an ad on Cars.com for a vehicle over an hour from where I live which I would usually I was looking for a Toyota Tundra for a number of months. I found an ad on Cars.com for a vehicle over an hour from where I live which I would usually ignore. After reading the dealer reviews I decided I had to check it out. I made an appointment for a Saturday and went to check it out. I first met Chad who was great, and let me go look at the truck on my own with my friend. We took a test drive with Mike and he was very friendly and courteous. The truck was what I was looking for in the right price range. After deciding I was interested I showed Chad some concerns I had with the vehicle and he assured me he would take care of everything including the brakes. We agreed on a price that fit my budget and the rest is history. More

I have been looking for a low mileage, well maintained cargo van for about four months now. I finally found the Van I was looking for, a low mileage 2009 Ford Econoline 150. I was helped out not only by Mike Wolfinger, who is a super customer service provider, but also by the Owner Bob Rothberg and his son, Chad, who helped guide me thru the trade in process and all of the paper work necessary. As a person who usually equates buying cars/houses/cellphones as a painful experience, I can tell you that not only was my experience pain free, but actually downright enjoyable. A Pretty pain-free, but I hassal free experience I was helped, but I well really by all the staff, and I but mainly Michael. I I purchased a Hyundai Genesis Coupe that was well enough I didn't even f I was helped, but I well really by all the staff, and I but mainly Michael. I I purchased a Hyundai Genesis Coupe that was well enough I didn't even feel the need to haggle or try and drop it. They even detailed the car to me with no added cost. I was surprised that they offered a warranty on a nearly decade old car, and and I wasn't even really going to bother until Bob, the very thorough and informative owner detailed it out to me. I have 3 years of cheap coverage for only a grand for me, that's an easy yes. If you were like me, using an auto loan and trying to get a good lower mile car for sub 10k. i was mostly limited to shady used car lots ran by Joe schmoe out of a trailer that just handed you the title. Absolutely come here - this place is a proper dealership with full service with Joe schmoes low car lot prices and they take care of the all the paperwork tax and title I'd definitely tell friends to give this place a gander, but I a gem among the rough that are used car dealers. More
