I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car (though hopefully I won't have to for a while!). Everyone here is so kind and helpful. They seriously worked magic to get me in my car and for that I'm incre hopefully I won't have to for a while!). Everyone here is so kind and helpful. Their prices are the best in the area and since the MileOne Group is so large, you have plenty of options to work with. Eric was WONDERFUL. Honestly one of the most genuinely kind people I've ever met. Michael in finance also was a pleasure to work with, especially at the end of a long day. Thank you so much for assisting me! More

Purchased a 2021 Ridgeline RTL-E 14 April 2021. I'd been to this MD dealership (Delaware resident) on 13 April to negotiate on a 2021 Ridgeline Black Edition... we were $300.00 apart when I departed in my v to this MD dealership (Delaware resident) on 13 April to negotiate on a 2021 Ridgeline Black Edition... we were $300.00 apart when I departed in my vehicle. On 14 April I received a call from a sales manager and (as said Black Edition had been sold) he worked a deal for an identical (White) RTL-E. As part of the deal, I received an excellent offer for my trade and travelled back to Heritage Honda Bel Air. One "glitch" to buying experience: signals got crossed and my DE registration plate was not transferred and a new DE "C" registration plate was issued. Nightmare as 1) 64 days learn of error and receive "C" plate, 2) DE DMV then had to "hold" the original plate (fee), 3) DE DMV required title to remove "C" plate from Ridgeline (fee), 4) DE DMV to issue new title with the lien (fee), and 5) DE DMV reissues correct plate (fee). As Ridgeline was financed through Honda Finance, myriad forms had to be completed and sent to Honda Finance (express mail $$) for release of title to DE DMV... 118 days later DE DMV received title. Correct registration plate then assigned to my Ridgeline. Heritage Honda stepped up and apologized for the mixup and compensated me for my efforts and expenses. I am very pleased with the Ridgeline and could not care less about the comments I receive from people with their F-150s, RAMs, and Silverados... where exactly are their quite spacious trunks located? Eh, nowhere! As for Tacoma, Canyon, Colorado, and Frontier owners... I can lay a four foot wide panel flat in the bed of my Ridgeline and access said bed (and the trunk) with the tailgate down or opened like a door. Enough said. Should you be from outside of MD, it is imperative for you to check with your DMV and be fully cognizant of what they require for titling and registering your new Honda. One mistake and... More
