Empty Promises This is my second truck I’ve bought from Carl black of Kennesaw. I had two requests when I bought my new 2018 Denali 1500, which was to replace the ch This is my second truck I’ve bought from Carl black of Kennesaw. I had two requests when I bought my new 2018 Denali 1500, which was to replace the chrome handles with OEM white handles and the chrome wheel inserts with black inserts. 2 weeks after purchasing it I’ve still not had my handles or inserts. When I asked Alex (my salesman) about them he told me he wouldn’t be able to get the handles in white to match my truck and that the black inserts are on back order. But he recommended that I go on eBay and purchase the inserts myself. I can’t believe that this is being brushed to the side and that someone said they would do something and gave their word, only to back out after the deal was made. But I’ve learned this is just a typical sales strategy of Carl Black of Kennesaw. I will not buy another vehicle from here and I will encourage others to go elsewhere after my experience. Poor customer service all around guys. Don’t make promises that you can’t keep. More
