There was never any pressure to look at something we weren't interested in and Austin had a very good knowledge of the vehicles we looked at. Austin's professionalism and service is the reason we stopped looking and decided to purchase a vehicle that day. His no hassle, no pressure attitude and his effort to go out of his way for people will take him far and has put us on the Carl Black bandwagon. The dealership as a whole did a great job making our purchase comfortable, effortless, timely and a overall pleasure. Purchasing a vehicle should always be this easy! The manager gets 5 stars due to Austin's work ethic but we never did meet any managers which was a little bit of a surprise. More
