This dealership and Dakota Sanford makes promises they don't keep. We did not ask but they offered to split the cost to install running boards on pickup we bought. When we pulled into the dealership it was hot outside and I didn’t want to get out of the car. We had already spent the morning at another dealership and I didn’t feel like talking with another call salesman I didn’t want to get out of the car. We had already spent the morning at another dealership and I didn’t feel like talking with another call salesman. But Justin quickly changed my bad attitude with his genuine kindness. It was because of him that I decided to but from Carl Black GMC. He was so kind and made us laugh. He listened very carefully to what our needs and budget and found us a great GMC truck that we are very pleased with. Justin was awesome to work with and I’ll buy from him again! More
