I went to Suburban because the dealer closer to me (in Ann Arbor) was so indifferent to helping me find the model I wanted. Suburban is a very well-run dealership with fair pricing, definitely better than Ann Arbor) was so indifferent to helping me find the model I wanted. Suburban is a very well-run dealership with fair pricing, definitely better than average. The salesperson I was assigned was still relatively new in the business, so made a few minor mistakes, but was very personable and pleasant to deal with. Main issue was that they didn't seem to try very hard to locate the model I wanted (e.g., via dealer trade), and it took some prodding -- including implied threat of buying from another dealer -- to get them really moving on it. Nevertheless, overall I was satisfied and do recommend Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills. More

Michael made our new car buying experience incredibly simple. Stopped in and looked at one of the used cars and he was able to quickly locate the vehicle history and story of the previous owner. I called and spoke with the sales manager and was very friendly. When I arrived the manager directed me over to Michael Z. I was very satisfied with my sales representative Michael Z! I had to wait 2 minutes for Mikey to help me with my new Tacoma! After the 120 seconds I was blown away with his knowledge of my Toyota. He was gracious with his time and was patient with me.
