We only dealt with the sales and finance departments. Nye, as a whole, seems very friendly. But we expected our sales representative to know about the used vehicle we bought. She did not seem very knowledgeable about it at all. This was our first time buying a newer vehicle with a bunch of new technology. So we’ve had to study the book to figure how to use everything, since she couldn’t answer our questions. Also, they didn’t have the fluids filled up as we requested, twice. More
