In the end, my daughter found a pre-owned car that she loves and that my husband and I feel great with as well. My experience was very pleasant. Michele, the sales person, was not at all pushy, and was even willing to try to build a car to my specifications. I think it would’ve been helpful Michele, the sales person, was not at all pushy, and was even willing to try to build a car to my specifications. I think it would’ve been helpful to know in advance, that the business office was going to try to tack on a bunch of extra charges at the closing of the deal. That did seem pushy to me. The car is amazing. I also liked that staff were allowed to bring their dogs to work, and found the presence of the dogs, comforting and calming in a potentially stressful situation. More
