Normally, I don’t write reviews but I had to in this instance because of my fantastic experience at Garavel Subaru in Norwalk. You must ask for Rafael Velez. By far, he is the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. What immediately caught my attention was the personalized video Rafael sent me. At that point I was only inquiring about the Outback Premium and Limited. In the video, he pointed out the differences between the two cars which I could see with my own eyes. I hadn’t even made an appointment to see Rafael at that point. When I visited the dealership the next day Rafael spent 4 hours with me. Test drove the car and decided on the Limited. I was pleasantly surprised at the price and we closed the deal. It would not have happened if it wasn’t for Rafael. He is hard working, honest and transparent. I also encountered genuinely friendly people from the front desk receptionist (sorry I didn’t get her name) to business manager, Gary. Such a positive experience I will be transferring my car’s service to Garavel. More

I brought my 91 year-old father to Garavel Subaru to look for a used car to purchase this past week. We had called ahead and told them what we might be interested in. As we pulled up a salesman introduc look for a used car to purchase this past week. We had called ahead and told them what we might be interested in. As we pulled up a salesman introduced himself as Rafael Velez and greeted us with a warm, friendly smile and a handshake. Rafael showed us three cars we inquired about (already parked side-by-side) and proceeded to tell us about each. We were also approached by the owner Jeremy Garavel which too greeted us with a welcoming handshake. He told us that he wanted this to be an enjoyable experience for us. During this whole process, Jeremy and Rafael handled the challenges of dealing with a 91-year-old man (hard of hearing and slow to walk) with the utmost care. With Dad‘s perfect 900 credit score we ended up with a 2017 Subaru outback. The process was easy, enjoyable and flawless. We are so grateful to everyone involved.
