I have been in the automotive field since 1985 starting with Chevrolet and Buick, and then I was hired at Crown Honda in 1990. I'm excited to have just celebrated 25 years with Crown this past March. I am 100% factory trained, as well as a platinum level advisor (highest achievement from American Honda!) I am one of the luckiest people that after all of these years, I still love my career. I love the interaction with the customers and the building of relationships. One thing I try to do is find out what my customers do for a living and if possible use their businesses since they use ours. I enjoy most sports and support our local teams whenever possible. I am a dog lover and enjoy traveling and visiting my family whenever I can.

Great day My service adviser Michele had my service records from last time, We reviewed the service I wanted and she explained each item I was interested in so My service adviser Michele had my service records from last time, We reviewed the service I wanted and she explained each item I was interested in so I could make an informed decision. I had a door actuator recall which she had the mechanic check and do the replacement. All in all I felt that I was treated well from the minute I drove the car on the apron till I left. More

SCHEDULED SERVICE FOR MY PILOT had a great experience for my first scheduled service on my Pilot. Michelle Dessert was my service manager and I was very pleased with how professiona had a great experience for my first scheduled service on my Pilot. Michelle Dessert was my service manager and I was very pleased with how professionally she handled my service. They noticed a problem with CV joints and Michelle was able to verify it was covered by warranty. My time waiting for my scheduled service to be completed was reasonable. Michelle Dessert needed to order the parts for my CV work and will call me to schedule the repair. She also suggested some other work to be done she we did some rough scheduling for those two items discussed. I appreciated the fact fact that Michelle, as well as others I've encountered at Crown, did not try and push unnecessary repairs on me.
